About Michelle Oxley

Michelle Oxley has been a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario since 2005 and also obtained her law clerk certification from Durham College in 2005. Michelle has extensive experience as a corporate law clerk and supports DPC’s lawyers and clients across a broad range of corporate law matters and business transactions.
Prior to joining DPC, Michelle worked with several major law firms in downtown Toronto.
Michelle’s business approach emphasizes high energy, resourcefulness and attention to client objectives.
