About Carl McKay

Carl McKay is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and has been practicing corporate and commercial law since his 2004 call to the Ontario Bar. Carl has broad experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law and business transactions and provides support to DPC’s clients throughout all stages of the business life cycle.
Prior to joining DPC, Carl was a corporate/transactions lawyer at a leading Markham law firm.
Carl’s practice also focuses on franchise and distribution law and he provides both franchisors and franchisees with advice on important aspects of Canadian franchise legal matters.
Carl’s business philosophy embraces client responsiveness, accessibility and effective problem-solving.
