About Ontario Corporate Law Clerk - Katherine Kontio

Katherine (Kathie) Kontio obtained her Law Clerk Certificate from Fanshawe College (London, Ontario) in 1994.

Kathie has more than 10 years of broad experience working as a Corporate Law Clerk.

Kathie is also an associate member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.

She has extensive experience in all areas of corporate law including corporate/business formations and maintenance, detailed due diligence, M&A and other significant corporate transactions as well as tax-driven corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining DPC, Kathie was a corporate law clerk at a leading Markham law firm and also worked with several major law firms in downtown Toronto.

Kathie focuses on responding to client needs in a timely, detailed and diligent manner.
